1kg belly pork
4 carrots (diced)
8 tomatoes (diced)
1 onion (chopped) /1 onion sliced
The meat balls:
Add the chopped onion to the meat, marinate with some fish sauce, sesame oil and pepper, roll the mixture into balls..can substitute oyster sauce for the fish sauce.
The sauce:
Sautee the onion, then add the tomatoes and carrots, some water simmer until the tomatoes are soften and resemble a sauce..float in the meat balls...fish sauce and sugar to taste...Simmer until the meat balls are cooked...
