Grilled Salmon

Salmon fillet
Rub salt and pepper all over
Make slits and pop some ginger in the slits then pour the soy sauce all over, wrap in foil and into the oven at 180C for 30-45 minutes or until cooked)

Soy sauce:
Kikkoman Soy Sauce (Premium)
sugar
some water

Spring Onion:
Sautee some spring onion in oil..not too long or else will go brown..will still cook in the hot oil once taken off heat...take out for later...use the pot for the soy sauce.

Dipping sauce:
Hoi Sin Sauce (Tung Chung)
Water

Only need a little bit of water to thin out the sauce for dipping.
