Stir Fried Noodles

1 bunch of asparagus
1 handful of beans
1 carrot
4 eggs, thinly fried
6 rinds of bacon or use BBQ pork (xá xíu)/ shredded roast duck
1 bag of Hokkien noodles (3-6 serves)
1 onion, thinly sliced

I stir fried all the vegies together..with sprinkle of sesame oil, oyster sauce, sweet soya, soy sauce..

then the noodles..with the same sauces... with the meat I tend to just warm it up and mix it all in...

since I cannot get BBQ pork or roast duck here..I used bacon..

I also used capsicum...problem is it is nice fresh..but if left to the next day it gets soggy when reheated..also the vegies are nice half cooked..so they still have their crunch...
