Gourd Soup

Gourd, peel and sliced, cut off the middle soft bits.
Chicken stock and prawn heads into pot, boil so that flavour comes out of the prawn heads, then add in gourd, once ready fish sauce, sugar to taste.

Gourd cooks like zucchini, quite quickly note.. do not over cook..garnish with some spring onion.
