Tôm Kho (Prawns Hot Pot)

This is one of my fast food dish..

3-4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
20 king prawns, shelled, split down the middle, lengthwise, remove gunk...leave the heads..it is the head that gives the sauce the colouring..
fish sauce, sugar to taste 
Pantai sauce (crab or shrimp paste) 

Sautee the garlic, pop in the prawns, sauce can add a little water and fish sauce to taste..sauce is already salty..
If there is no sauce available I would just substitute 1-2 tomatoes cut in wedges and then fish sauce, sugar to taste like normal.
