Stir Fried Beef Cubes (Bò Lúc Lắc)

Eye fillet cubes on a bed of salad, 

Salad consists of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs with dressing (dressing=olive oil, sugar,salt,pepper,basalmic vinegar)

Eye fillet marinated with McCormick Garlic Steak seasoning and Knorr ( soy sauce / nước tương) then stir fried. 

Sautee some onion in oil then when wok is hot add the beef...beef should be ready when the pan juices appear..need beef to be medium or medium rare so that the cubes are tender..
