5/ hành lá phi (spring onion sautee in oil)
6/ hành (để xào thịt ) (brown onion)
7/ bò scotch/eye fillet
8/ đậu phọng (crushed peanuts)
9/ nước mắm ngon (fish sauce for dipping)
10/ bún (rice vermicelli)
11/ soy sauce/sesame oil/oyster sauce/pepper
12/caster sugar/ lime/garlic/chilli
Boil the vermicelli
Stir fried the eye fillet with onion, marinated with a sprinkle of sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper.
Pop spring onion in frying pan with some oil..on low heat once can smell aroma take off heat..need to watch as easily burnt.
Fish sauce for dipping:
Make a strong lemonade (caster sugar and lemon or lime)
then add fish sauce (Viet Huong , 3 crab brand, mild fish sauce for dipping) to taste..should be sweet, sour and salty..balanced..
then add crushed garlic and sliced chilli
