1/4 cabbage, coleslaw cut
4 eggs, mixed, marinated with a drizzle of fish sauce
1 brown onion sliced
oil
Some oil, sautee the onion, add in the sliced cabbage.
When cabbage is cooked and pan juice have disappear stir in eggs.
NB. Important that there is no pan juice left or else eggs will be soggy.
